Today I was inspired by a lovely conversation I had with my little brother about the difference between energy and magic. SPOILER ALERT! There isn't one! The more I thought about energy and how it works and what sub-sections we define it as in our modern society, the more mind-blown I was. I like to think of energy in an expansive way, but it took me tons of work to get to that point. So naturally I wanted to share that process with you and how I learned to manipulate energy + my fav energy manipulation practices (like cloud bursting and energy ball summoning).

My intention for this episode to was to talk about my personal experience with setting boundaries to better navigate complicated familial relationships with the holiday season approaching us. BUT it really became an episode about learning to listen to your body to create more safety and love in your life through setting boundaries. I heavily focus on setting boundaries with family members who are toxic, abusive, or unwilling to meet you halfway. A lot of my family history has been with emotionally, mentally, and physically abusive people, and I wanted to create this episode as a living resource for you to begin listening to your body and finding your best path to safety.
