Friday the 13th and Discernment!?!? Why, I'd nevaaa!

This fine Friday I wanted to talk about my favorite underutilized spiritual practice: discernment!

It's super unsexy and empowering all at once. So I thought I'd tie it to a spooky sexy topic like Friday the 13th.

Anyways, discernment and intuition are the building blocks for an empowered and aligned spiritual practice.

Side effects of using discernment are:
- avoiding pissing off ancestors
- never culturally appropriating
- finding the best practices that actually work for you
- strengthening your intuition
- being an awesome responsible human
