Energy Healing is a powerful modality that gives us the ability to directly move the energy being stored in your body from situations, people, connections, emotions, trauma, patterns, etc.

In an energy healing session, I use sound, voice, light language, crystals, and my Reiki Master certification to + my energy healing guides to bring you and your body exactly what they need. While administering energy healing, I will guide you through a special visualization process that blends my psychic abilities, IFS (Internal Family Systems), parts work, and trauma-informed therapy principles to bring a more impactful and deeply rooted healing experience.
Together, we’ll create a personalized plan for your healing journey. Whether you don’t know what is wrong, or where the block is, or you have been struggling with an issue that you know all too well; we’ll work together to safely move through and release it from your body. Sometimes wounds are carried from past lives or ancestors too, and energy healing is a beautiful modality that allows us to heal those as well!
Energy healing is a holistic modality and works best with consistent sessions. 1 session is great for an energy tune-up (like changing oil in your car, our energy needs to be regularly tended too) or to help you push past a sticky part of your healing journey.
Session packages are available if you want to save money and get into a regular practice of checking in and tuning up. They are also more commonly used for people working through blocks, past life issues, traumas, and physical ailments.
There are 3, 6, 9, and 12 session packages. The more sessions you buy, the more you save. IF YOU CAN’T PAY IN FULL, PLEASE REACH OUT AND WE CAN SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN THAT WORKS WITH YOUR SCHEDULE. ABSOLUTELY NO JUDGEMENT. I am here to help and serve you wherever you are at! 💖
