#1. LEO, LEO, LEO
First off, we are coming in HOT, dripping with the fiery, passionate, self-loving Leo energy. New moons mean that the sun and moon are conjunct (right on top of each other degree-wise), so we have the moon and sun in Leo in the 2nd house of resources, materials, and monies! So what’s the 3rd Leo for??? Well, Venus is in retrograde in Leo as well, in the same 2nd house.
So we have 3 Leos in the chat highlighting our relationship to money and resources, our patterns for spending or saving our resources, and our finances overall. This house is naturally ruled by Venus and having Venus here (or absence since Venus is in retrograde) will be asking us what we value?? Venus is not a go-getter, rise-and-grind kind of money maker. Venus is an “I know my worth” and “opportunities flow to me effortlessly” kind of money maker. What do you value in your life? Is the money worth it if you suffer the whole time?
Are there other places in your life: community, friends, etc where you need to reevaluate the presence and importance of the value you bring to the table or the value that the other party does?
The big question of this new moon is to TRULY value yourself, your resources, your efforts, your heart, your light, and assess if you are moving in accordance with your decisions. This comes right off the tails of Venus Cazimi in Leo this past Sunday. So this swoon-y and romantic energy that will fuel your endeavors moving forward should definitely be taken seriously.
To pick up on this vibe: I am clairvoyant-ly seeing a big heart blasting through the sky to fight crime. Like Blossom from The Powerpuff Girls flying off with gentleness and strength to fight for what she deems matters.
#2. 🧿The Career Heats UP!
The energy from Leo in our 2nd house is trining (positively aspecting with harmonious energy) the 10th house. The 10th house is how we show up in the world at large; our legacy, our career, our public image, what we leave behind when we are gone. With this positive energy heating up from Leo whispering in our ears, “What do you value when it comes to your legacy?”; we are met by the activating and action-oriented Aries in the 10th house saying, “Go ahead take action on this. Make your dreams a reality!”
As discussed from the last few moon phases, we have the north node in Aries currently activating our desire to take action on what matters most to us in our life, with special attention on our career and legacy in the 10th house now. We also have Chiron (the wounded healer) here asking us to heal what it means to show up in the world, to heal what it means to make a difference in the collective, and to step up to the plate (sports reference, sorry I played softball in high school! haha) that our soul is showing us.

#3. Our Relationship To Community is Shifted
While there is trine energy in our 10th house, there is square energy (tension and balance needed) between the 2nd house and the 11th house of community, friendships, faith in humanity, and our relationship to the collective. We have both Jupiter and Uranus in Taurus, in the 11th house. Jupiter brings expansion and luck, but Uranus brings unexpectedness and sudden change. With this energy here in our friendships and connection to humanity at large + that tension between our 2nd house, don’t let the sudden shifts in perspective take you by storm. Allow yourself to stay grounded and slowly move through the new perspectives you are being shown in this community and friendship area of life.
Find your footing and let the tension bring you to a place of balance, like picking the right hand and foot placement on a rock climbing wall before moving upwards. But know that there will be changes in your values here in the 11th house of friendships and community, however small or large.
#4. Grounded in the Grand Earth Trine
I am so excited for this New Moon’s grand Earth trine! This means that there are placements in each of the three Earth signs creating an acute triangle (hello geometry class!) The first of the Earth signs, Taurus, was just discussed. We are going to move to the 3rd house where we have both Mars and Mercury conjunct (right on top of each other degree-wise) in Virgo. The 3rd house is the house of thoughts, communication, siblings, and local neighbors/communities.
With Virgo here in Mars and Mercury, we are wanting to put our money where our mouth is. We are problem-solving, noticing patterns, and sinking into the infinite details. Don’t overthink and obsess (my partner & I have our natal Mars in Virgo, so I totally get this feeling!)
Rounding out this Earth trine is Pluto in Capricorn in the 7th house of 1-1 relationships, soul contracts, and romantic relationships. With Pluto here our want for a sense of belonging can be coming to the surface. Our attention will be drawn towards where we want the power to be in our life and relationships, and our relationship to that power.
Adding all three of these houses up will definitely bring our beliefs around relationships and connections to the surface. Where do we feel like we belong and where do we feel like we are missing out? Where is the balance of power fair and where is it out of whack? This grounding and powerful Earth trine energy will help us to steadily make the changes, realizations, and baby steps towards the connections and energies we want to entertain in our lives! I keep clairvoyant-ly seeing the meme where the white lady is looking at all the math symbols in the air around her. It feels like there are going to be a lot of realizations and a lot of space to observe and reflect then plant seeds, make decisions, or stick to your guns (p.s. the Human Design gate coincides with this too!)
#5. 🕵️Human Design Gate 4, Mental Solutions
This is the last day that the sun will be in Gate 4, the gate of mental solutions (sounds just like Virgo in Mars and Mercury! Hmmm…) Gate 4 stimulates and re-stimulates the thought process in order to deal with reality by seeking answers and solving problems.
Wisdom comes only after realizing that some problems cannot be solved and that some questions remain unanswered: either because they do not really exist, or because they are mysteries to be gone through on our own personal journey.
Some things can’t be given with the gift of foresight and are integral to our own personal path to experience as the process unfolds (and this is coming from a freaking psychic :P).
It’s important to exercise ‘witnessing’ so as not to get caught up in a collective tendency to overanalyze life instead of living it. Remember answers and solutions can come to us when we stop looking for them. With all that Virgo energy, we can get too caught up in the zeroing-in process and box ourselves into one solution. Zooming out and releasing can be just as lucrative as focusing.
