Inner child healing is one of the most potent forms of healing you can do.
The formative years of childhood (0-8) are when you learn about the world and form the bulk of your subconscious. In addition, your teenage years are some of the hardest to navigate with hormones and figuring out your sense of self.
Pair all of that normal growth stuff with complicated parental relationships and a traumatic childhood environment and it becomes much harder for little you to learn how to healthily navigate the world around you without being in protective survival mode.
As you grow up, those patterns, trauma, and wounds that your inner child experienced get carried with you into adulthood, in your physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.
In The Inner Childverse, we create a space to focus on digging deep into the sometimes icky feelings of trauma, so you can have support and direction to release the heaviness that you were spending tons of energy maintaining or keeping under wraps. That creates soooo much spaciousness and safety in your body for you to attract new and better experiences that align more truly with your desires.
Working with your mind, body, and energy I will guide you through tough memories and feelings to feel safe and held with your inner child to connect with them and give them what they felt was missing from your childhood.
Think of this as an all inclusive intuitive therapy where I will not only help you bring your shadow memories to light, but also release the trauma being held in your body, teach you healthy coping mechanisms and work with you to create programs that work for you, in place for the future.

- We meet 2x a month on zoom, for 1.5hrs, to dive deep with your inner child to make HUGE transformations around feeling loved, accepted, shedding childhood trauma, and cultivating safety within your body
- On going support from me via DM or Voxer to help you move through things as they come up in the moment
- Packages range from 3-12 months at a time
Single Session ($111)
- Perfect for you if:
- You are familiar with your inner child and need help pushing past a particularly tricky shadow program
- You have never ventured past a shadow door threshold or healed with your inner child before and want to know what it’s like
